To open your drop shipping account with us, we would be requiring few details like Name of contact Person, Telephone Number, Email ID, URL address, Merchant account details from where money will be transferred (Name and Address), Postal Address of your company. We would be requiring this detail just to be sure about your Business Existence and Billing purpose.
For drop shipping, we accept payment via wire transfer. Minimum Deposit/Transfer amount is USD500 as this will help us to reduce cost and this benefit will be directly passed to you. Upon the receipt of payment your Account will be activated and we may start with shipping. For uninterrupted service, we suggest you to maintain appropriate balance with us. If the Customer is running with low balance the orders will not be processed.

To start with drop ship order, we would be requiring details like Order ID, Name, Postal Address with City, Zip Code, Country, Medicine Name, Strength of Medicine, Quantity and Shipping Details (EMS or Register Air Mail). Details should always be in Excel sheet. We will provide you a Sample order sheet format.
All Medicines are packed using standard packing materials like Plastic sheet, Bubble Wrap, Thermocol, Corrugated Box or Envelope and Brown Tape for complete protection. As packing is done professionally, clearance becomes easy in all countries. As a result, our success rate is much higher than other drop shippers.
Drop Ship Orders are processed the same day and tracking number goes live within 48 hours after receiving the orders. We do not send any invoice or any other details to the customer. We do not interact in any manner with the customer.
You can track all your parcels on our website. Delivery period depends on the destination country.
Delivery period for EMS is 1 - 2 weeks after dispatch with complete tracking details. For Register Air Mail within 2 - 4 weeks after dispatch, only Dispatch and Delivery date as a proof is shown in tracking.
We assure you that we in no way contact your customers or provide any invoice to your customers along with the orders.
